The California Restaurant Association Foundation (CRAF), a nonprofit organization founded in 1981, works to empower California’s restaurant workforce. They provide young people with the skills they need to land a job and go to college. They also provide restaurant employees with financial assistance and peace of mind during unforeseen crises.

CRAF partners with many well-known food suppliers such as Coca-Cola, BJ’s Brewhouse, Habit Burger Grill and Taco Bell. Not only is CRAF teaching these young adults how to serve remarkable food, they are serving bright futures and cooking up stronger communities in California by investing in the people at the heart of the restaurant industry.
